Cilantro doesn't have to be for everyone. Lots of people, even famous chefs, hate cilantro. My hubby, on the other hand, loathes cilantro. To me, it is bright, crisp, and refreshing. When I have it growing in my garden, I'll pick leaves off and chew them. Cilantro, on the other hand, is one of the most divisive herbs in the world. Parsley is ubiquitous, damn near flavorless. But they are SUPER different in terms of flavor profile.
